What this workflow does: Governs the full-day quarterly planning session that
translates the annual V/TO vision into specific 90-day company and individual Rocks —
reviewing last quarter's completion, solving any carry-forward issues, and aligning
the leadership team on what matters most for the next 90 days.
What triggers it: End of each quarter — aligned to the financial year. Run
4 times per year. Same leadership team as L10. Usually held in the last week of
the current quarter or first week of the new one.
What it produces: A set of company Rocks for the new quarter (3–7 maximum),
individual Rock ownership confirmed, and a leadership team that is aligned and
re-energised on priorities.
