ℹ️ The operating rhythm now lives in the BOS. Weekly meetings, quarterly
priorities, annual planning and the scorecard are part of the
Business Operating System. The former EOS pages (OPS-O04 series) are
archived.
D6 Operations provides the management infrastructure that every other department
runs on — the pricing model that Sales quotes from, the technology stack that
Delivery builds on, and the performance dashboard that feeds the BOS
Weekly Scorecard.
⚠️ CEO involved across Operations workflows. CEO approves every tool
adoption decision (OPS-O02) and reviews the business performance dashboard
(OPS-O03).
