The Weekly Leadership Sync is not a status update. It is an accountability and issue-resolution session.
Replaces the EOS L10 meeting.

| 5 min | Opening round | One personal and one professional win from the past week. Gets everyone present and starts positive. |
| 5 min | Scorecard review | Review the Weekly Scorecard. Any number off target for 2+ weeks goes to the Issues Register. No discussion here. |
| 5 min | Quarterly priority check | Each seat holder reports their Quarterly Priorities as On Track or Off Track. No detail. Off-track items go to Issues. |
| 5 min | Team headlines | Good or bad news about clients or team members the group should know. Headlines only. |
| 5 min | Action items review | Last week's action items: complete or incomplete, no excuses. Repeated incompletes become Issues. |
| 30 min | SDR | Work the Issues Register. Prioritise the top 3, diagnose at root cause, resolve with one action, one owner, one due date. |
| 5 min | Close & team updates | Recap action items. Cascade key messages to teams. Rate the meeting 1–10. Anything below 8: what would have made it better? |
Total: 60 minutes. End early when done.
