The single source of truth for how REMAP.ai operates.
Every department, every workflow, every handoff — documented, measured, and connected.
REMAP.ai runs as a relay. Each department has a defined set of sub-workflows. The output of one department is the trigger for the next. The points where work passes between departments are called Gates — and they are where deals either move forward or stall.
If a workflow stage is healthy, its scorecard number is green. If it goes red, the bottleneck is named, located, and owned — and it gets resolved in the weekly review.

| Stage | When Andrew is involved |
|---|---|
| MKT-01e | Sets 80–90% of the marketing strategy — nothing executes without his approval |
| MKT-01f | Sets lead targets, approves channels and budget |
| SAL-01b | Runs all discovery sessions (sole delivery resource) |
| SAL-01c | Reviews and approves every proposal before it goes to the client |
| SAL-01d | Runs all proposal presentation calls (sole presenter) |
| SAL-01e | Final close authority — personal WhatsApp outreach for ghosting clients |
| Scoping | Signs off on all scope documents |
| Any stage | Escalation authority for discounts, non-standard terms, and stuck deals |
Every week, before the leadership meeting, each owner updates their scorecard numbers.
The meeting reviews the company scorecard top to bottom — green = move on, red = owned problem with a due date.
Any number red for 3 consecutive weeks is escalated immediately.
