The BOS is how REMAP runs: where we are going, who owns what, how we measure it, and how we hold each other accountable every week and every quarter.
It is not a management philosophy. It is a set of working documents that govern how we operate. Where any other page disagrees with the BOS, the BOS wins.
There are three layers in this wiki:

What each Tier 2 seat delivers, what it may decide, and how it is measured.
REMAP runs on a lean human core supported by agentic workflows. Standard operating frameworks assume a person in every seat. The BOS keeps the same core principles but is built for a model where agents execute the operational layer and people hold the strategic layer. The tools are universal; the implementation is ours. The BOS is also something we intend to deliver for clients.
REMAP previously ran on EOS. Those pages are archived under archive/eos. Use the BOS names from now on.

Some BOS records are restricted and are never published here: the Finance & Capital Register, the Seat Transition Plan, and individual seat-fit ratings. Live numbers (weekly scorecard values, the open issues list, priority on-track status) are tracked in their own tools; these pages hold the rules, not the data.
