The 10 processes that run REMAP. Each must be documented, simplified to its essential steps, and followed consistently by everyone.
None of the 10 is yet documented as a BOS core process. Existing department SOPs are linked below as the current reference until each one is.
A core process is not a task list. It is the way we do something, every time.
Keep it simple: complexity belongs in the design, not in the doing. See Founder's Principles.
