📣 Seat Charter · Marketing & Demand Generation Lead · Tier 2 · v1.2 · 🟢 Live
What this seat exists to deliver, what it is responsible for, what it may decide, and how it is measured.
Part of the REMAP Business Operating System. Approved September 2026 · Reviewed at each quarterly.
A predictable flow of new clients into Revenue, led by a growing referral partner network.
The business never depends on the founder's personal network for its next client. Partners are recruited and direct demand is generated by a system that runs every week, whether or not any individual is available.

Two marketing-sourced calls a week is the 1-year plan's 8 calls a month. Referral-partner calls are counted separately under Revenue.

Referral partners are REMAP's most repeatable source of clients, so recruiting them is this seat's first job. Campaigns to partner audiences (accountants, MSPs, consultants, community operators): lists, outreach, a partner offer, a partner landing page and kit. Target partner types and the partner offer are defined in the Ideal Client & Referral Partner Profile.
| Step | Owner |
|---|---|
| Find and warm the partner; record Marketing as recruiting source | Marketing |
| Commercial terms and signing | Revenue |
| Onboarding and ongoing partner care | Referral Partner Management (Revenue) |
Owns direct lead flow into Revenue alongside the partner channel. Sets and runs the direct channel mix: monthly Practical AI workshop, outreach campaigns, content, search and AI-answer visibility, referral and community amplification. Hands Revenue leads that meet the agreed qualification definition, recorded with source at first touch.
The monthly Practical AI workshop runs every month, on time, with registration, promotion, delivery support and follow-up sequences. Registrations tracked weekly. Reviews the Events & Webinar Coordinator agent's output.
Directs the Content Creator. Owns the editorial calendar, the REMAP voice, and the approval of everything published. Repurposes workshop and client material into content. The founder's thought leadership is scheduled and amplified through this function; the founder remains the face.
Owns the cold and warm outreach programme: lists, sequences, messaging, LinkedIn and email systems. The Outreach Coordinator agent triages replies; positive replies go to the Business Development Rep the same day. This seat does not hold the individual conversations.
REMAP and its assets (remap.ai, intelligence.remap.ai, useprivate.ai) are findable in search and cited by AI answer engines. Owns the technical and content hygiene behind that. Reviews the AEO / GEO & SEO Coordinator agent's output.
Every lead and every partner carries a recorded source. Weekly funnel reporting: registrations, positive replies, calls booked, calls held, and what the closers did with them. Owns the Marketing scorecard lines and the attribution definitions used across Marketing and Revenue.
| Cadence | What happens |
|---|---|
| Weekly | Scorecard lines updated before the Monday sync. Funnel report: registrations, leads, qualified leads handed to Revenue, positive replies. Spend against budget. Agent outputs reviewed. Pairing check-in with the Business Development Rep. |
| Monthly | Workshop delivered and followed up. Editorial calendar for the next month. Channel review: what produced qualified leads, what did not, what changes. Budget reconciled with Finance & Legal. |
| Quarterly | Channel mix and budget re-set with the founder. Qualification and attribution definitions reviewed with Revenue. Positioning and messaging reviewed. Seat charter reviewed. |
The handoff is a held discovery call.
Principle: The seat decides how demand is generated within an approved budget and the agreed positioning. It does not set price or commercial terms, and it does not spend beyond budget without approval. Payments follow the Finance & Legal Delegation of Authority.
