Contributors: Finance Lead (margin validation) · HoD (delivery cost inputs)
Department: D6 — Operations
Entity: REMAP.ai + PrivateAI (both)
Status: Recommended draft · Pending BA + Andrew review
Version: 0.1 | Last updated: 2026-07-18
Classification: Confidential — Internal only
⚠️ This is a recommended draft prepared by the BA from the Rate Card v2
(June 2026) and operational context. It has not been validated by the workflow
owners. Review and approve before treating as the canonical pricing reference.
What this workflow does: Establishes the single source of truth for all
REMAP.ai and PrivateAI pricing — AI Projects banding (A–E), AI Specialist tiers,
AI Adoption Pathway, pricing governance rules, discount policy, and the process
for updating prices when market conditions or cost structures change.
What triggers it: Three triggers:
What it produces: A maintained OPS-O01-DOC-01 (Pricing Framework Document)
that is the authoritative reference for every quote, proposal, and contract.
Why it matters: Inconsistent pricing creates margin risk, client dissatisfaction,
and legal exposure. Every person who touches a commercial conversation — Sales,
BA, Account Leads, Finance — must quote from the same source. An informal pricing
culture where Andrew makes ad hoc decisions on every deal is the bottleneck OPS-O01
is designed to solve.

| Finance Lead | D6 | Validates margin on any pricing change · provides cost structure inputs | No |
| HoD | D4 | Provides delivery cost inputs (hours, tooling, overhead) for margin calculations | No |
