D4 Delivery owns everything from the moment a signed contract lands through to
engagement close — placing specialists, delivering AI Projects and compliance
engagements, managing knowledge, running retrospectives, and developing staff.
It operates across three engagement tracks (AIe, AIc, AI Project), each with
its own delivery workflow, all governed by shared task management (DEL-08),
escalation (DEL-06), knowledge capture (DEL-07), and continuous improvement
(DEL-10) standards.
⚠️ CEO involved conditionally — CEO joins AIc engagements for the mandatory
Compliance Assessment Report sign-off (DEL-04 Step 3). CEO joins AIe engagements
only when the client has subscribed to the AI Adoption Pathway Add-on. CEO reviews
and signs off on all P1 (client-impacting) delivery incidents (DEL-06). No
day-to-day delivery involvement otherwise.
