The Legal function builds and maintains the contract and IP infrastructure that
underpins every hire, contractor engagement, client agreement, and AI deployment
across both entities. It operates across two jurisdictions — AU (Fair Work Act, NES,
AU IP law) and US (at-will employment, AB5/IRS contractor classification, work-for-hire
doctrine) — and every template must be reviewed by external legal counsel in both
before going live.

No template is operational without his written sign-off. This is a hard gate across
every Legal sub-workflow.
