What this workflow does: Governs the weekly 90-minute L10 leadership meeting
— the fixed weekly rhythm that keeps every leader accountable to their Rocks,
surfaces and resolves issues fast, and gives the CEO a live view of business
health through the Scorecard without requiring constant one-on-one check-ins.
What triggers it: Every week — same day, same time, no exceptions. The L10
does not move for travel or busy schedules. If Andrew is unavailable, the meeting
still runs — a designated facilitator leads it.
What it produces: Updated Rock status per owner, a resolved Issues list (or
issues moved to the To-Do list), and a current Scorecard reading — all captured
in the L10 meeting notes.
