This page explains where REMAP is pointing its build investment and why — centred on the
Intelligence Tool. Much of this is in progress, so treat it as direction and design. For related
operational work, see the linked SOPs.
The centre of gravity for REMAP's build investment is the Intelligence Tool — evolving from a
discovery instrument into the single engine behind discovery, the catalogue, the roadmap, the
monthly value report, and the client's adoption pathway. In one phrase: the consultancy at scale.
It started as a discovery / assessment tool. It's becoming much more — the engine that ties the
whole value motion together:
| Role it's absorbing | What that means |
|---|---|
| Monthly value report generator | It produces the client-facing monthly report — directly closing the loop with the push-not-pull principle |
| Home of the catalogue | The catalogue of proven solutions lives inside it |
| The custom roadmap tool | Folded in as an additional lens |
| The "Layer 2" deep audit | The digital-footprint and industry-niche audit feeds in |
| The adoption pathway | All of the above feed a month-by-month adoption pathway, mirrored into the client delivery portal as "what the AI Specialist is currently working on" |
💡 Put together, that's why it's described as effectively the consultancy at scale — the
judgment and value-creation that a consultant does by hand, systemised into a tool that can serve
many clients at once.
The Intelligence Tool is where the strategic pieces converge:
In other words, almost every other principle in this vision depends on this tool existing and
working. That's why it's where the build investment concentrates.
Two things sit underneath, and they reinforce each other:
Together these make the service faster and cheaper to deliver over time — each solved problem,
each platform improvement, compounds into the next client's experience.
