⚠️ This is a recommended draft — Andrew to confirm which metrics appear
on the company Scorecard and what the weekly targets are.
What this workflow does: Governs the company EOS Scorecard — a set of 5–15
key weekly measurables that give leadership an instant health read on the business
without needing to ask anyone for an update. Reviewed in the first 5 minutes of
every L10 meeting. Any Red metric is automatically added to the L10 Issues list
for IDS.
What triggers it: Weekly — updated by owners before the L10 meeting. The
Scorecard is not prepared for the meeting — it is maintained throughout the week
and ready before the meeting starts.
What it produces: A current, accurate Scorecard reading every week — each
metric Green, Amber, or Red against its weekly goal — feeding directly into the
L10 Issues list and the OPS-O03 Business Performance Dashboard.
Why it matters: The Scorecard makes management by exception possible. If
everything is Green, the meeting moves fast. If something is Red, the issue is
already named, owned, and on the agenda before anyone walks into the room.

Who updates it:
Each metric owner enters the number for their metric before the L10 meeting —
same day each week, every week.
When:
Entered before the L10 meeting starts. Never during the meeting.
How:
Entered into the Scorecard document (OPS-O04d-DOC-01 — Google Sheet). The RAG
status calculates automatically from the entered number vs the weekly goal.
In the L10:
HoD or BA presents the Scorecard in the Scorecard segment (5 minutes). Red metrics
are named and moved to the Issues list. Green and Amber metrics are noted and
the session moves on.
