Owner: Shahzaib Abbas (Marketing Manager) — primary executor
Contributors: Andrew Herbert (brand asset, review authority)
Entity: REMAP.ai + PrivateAI (both)
Status: v0.9 · In Progress · Pending Andrew Herbert review
Version: 0.9 | Last updated: 2026-06-23
What this workflow does: Plans, creates, and publishes Andrew Herbert's personal brand
content across LinkedIn — including regular posts, a weekly LinkedIn newsletter (every Tuesday),
and a leadership post series launching from 23 June 2026. Builds Andrew's credibility as a
practical AI consultant for business owners.
What triggers it: Runs on a weekly cadence. Shahzaib drives the content calendar and
production. Andrew is the brand asset — content is written in his voice, published under his
name, approved by Shahzaib before going live.
What it produces: Consistent weekly LinkedIn presence for Andrew — posts covering practical
AI news, tool of the week, automation workflows, and leadership/case study content — plus a
weekly LinkedIn newsletter every Tuesday.
Why it matters: Andrew's personal brand is one of the two primary inbound channels for
REMAP.ai (alongside outbound). As the business scales, Andrew's brand needs to operate as a
consistent, high-quality pipeline asset — not just occasional activity.
⚠️ Andrew is the bottleneck here. Video content and richer thought leadership are currently
blocked by his availability and bandwidth. Getting this systematised and reducing Andrew's
bottleneck on content production is a standing priority.
| Role | Department | Responsibility | Andrew? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shahzaib (Marketing Manager) | D1 Marketing | Plans content calendar, writes all posts and newsletter, approves and publishes content, tracks engagement | No |
| Andrew Herbert | Executive | Brand asset — all content published in his name and voice. Source of insights, case studies, and roadmap friction points for leadership posts. Final authority on structural content changes. | Yes |
Step 1 — Weekly Content Planning
Step 2 — Content Creation: LinkedIn Posts (4 content types)
Step 3 — Content Creation: LinkedIn Newsletter (Weekly — every Tuesday)
Step 4 — Review & Approval
Step 5 — Publishing & Scheduling
Step 6 — Engagement Tracking & Attribution
| Tool | How it's used | Agent-ready |
|---|---|---|
| All posts and weekly newsletter published natively under Andrew's profile | Partial | |
| LinkedIn Newsletter | Weekly Tuesday newsletter — native LinkedIn feature | Partial |
| Google Docs | Drafting all posts and newsletter copy | Yes — API + MCP |
| Google Sheets | MKT-01d-DOC-01 — Andrew Brand Activity Tracker | Yes — API + MCP |
| Canva | Image posts — AI news, tool of the week visuals | Partial |
| n8n | Post scheduling automation (candidate — not yet confirmed) | Yes — core tool |
| CRM | TBD — pending OPS-O02 — brand-to-lead attribution | TBD |
⚠️ Tool gap — Video: No video production tool or process exists. Andrew's video content
is the highest-value missing asset — builds trust faster than any text post. Currently blocked
by Andrew's bandwidth. A lightweight solution (short-form, phone-recorded) is needed.
| Decision | Condition | Options | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Content approval authority | Is this standard weekly content or a strategic/structural change? | A: Standard → Shahzaib approves and publishes / B: Strategic → escalate to Andrew | Shahzaib (initial) · Andrew if escalated |
| Lead attribution from brand content | Did a post, comment, or newsletter generate a direct inquiry? | A: Yes → route through MKT-01b, flag in activity tracker / B: No → log engagement metrics only | Shahzaib |
| Scenario | How to handle | Escalation |
|---|---|---|
| Andrew wants to change content direction mid-week | Welcome it — capture the input, adjust the week's plan if possible. Queue for next week if too late. | Shahzaib adjusts calendar and notes the change |
| Newsletter misses Tuesday deadline | Publish Wednesday instead — consistency matters more than the exact day. Note the miss in the tracker. | No escalation — Shahzaib owns this |
| A post gets negative or controversial engagement | Do not delete unless legally required. Acknowledge professionally in comments if needed. Flag to Andrew immediately. | Andrew to decide on response strategy |
| Andrew wants to do video content | Treat as a new content type. Brief Andrew on minimum viable format (phone video, 60–90 seconds, one idea). Shahzaib handles editing and captions. | Treat as a priority build — flag to Andrew as a quick win |
| LinkedIn algorithm deprioritises current content | Review analytics. Adjust content mix — more native documents, polls, or video. | Shahzaib adjusts strategy. Flag to Andrew if significant pivot needed. |
| Webinar outreach conflict | Current approach: cold outreach via LinkedIn messaging. LinkedIn Events noted as more effective but Andrew's preference is not to use them. Shahzaib to present data when available. | Andrew to decide — Shahzaib to surface the evidence |
| Metric | Type | Target |
|---|---|---|
| LinkedIn posts published per week | Leading | 3–5 posts/week |
| Newsletter published on schedule (Tuesdays) | Leading | 100% on time |
| Newsletter subscribers | Leading | TBD — track growth rate |
| Post impressions (weekly average) | Leading | TBD — establish 30-day baseline |
| Post engagement rate | Leading | TBD — establish baseline |
| Leads attributed to brand content (monthly) | Lagging | TBD — at least 1–2/month |
| Webinar attendees (per event) | Leading | TBD — establish per-webinar target |
| Step | Current state | Suggested automation | Tool | Effort |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Step 5 — Post scheduling | Manual publish on LinkedIn | n8n queues approved posts for scheduled publish times | n8n + LinkedIn API | Low |
| Step 6 — Engagement tracking | Manual logging in tracker | n8n pulls LinkedIn post analytics weekly → auto-updates MKT-01d-DOC-01 | n8n + LinkedIn API | Medium |
| Step 2 — Leadership post sourcing | Manual — Shahzaib draws from roadmap knowledge | AI-assisted draft from roadmap friction point notes — Shahzaib prompts Claude with friction point, gets first draft | Claude API | Low |
| Step 3 — Newsletter content curation | Manual — Shahzaib researches and writes | n8n monitors AI news sources, surfaces relevant stories for Shahzaib to select and write around | n8n + web search | Medium |
| Video content (currently missing) | Does not exist | Short-form video workflow — Andrew records 60–90 second phone video, Shahzaib handles captions and publish | Phone + CapCut or equivalent | Low (if Andrew commits) |
