β οΈ This is a recommended draft prepared by the BA from EOS framework
knowledge and REMAP.ai context. Andrew owns this workflow and must validate
the specifics before it is treated as operational.
What this workflow does: Governs how REMAP.ai and PrivateAI use the
Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) as the management framework β the connected
cadence of weekly L10 meetings, quarterly Rocks planning, annual V/TO planning,
and the company Scorecard. Defines who attends, what is covered, how decisions
are made, and how the outputs of each session feed the next.
What triggers it: Always active β the EOS cadence runs continuously regardless
of business conditions.
What it produces: A business that runs on clear annual and quarterly goals,
weekly accountability, and a shared scorecard β with leadership aligned on
priorities, issues resolved fast, and every department's KPIs visible in one place.
Why it matters: REMAP.ai is growing fast and Andrew is at the centre of too
many decisions. EOS is the framework that allows the business to scale without
every decision flowing through Andrew. The Rocks define what matters this quarter.
The L10 keeps the team accountable weekly. The Scorecard makes health visible
without asking.

| People | Right people in the right seats. Defined through DEL-11 (Performance) and DEL-05 (Placement). |
| Data | Scorecard (OPS-O04d) and Dashboard (OPS-O03) give weekly visibility on business health β no management by gut feel. |
| Issues | L10 Issues list (OPS-O04a) β every problem is captured, prioritised, and resolved via IDS (Identify-Discuss-Solve) before it festers. |
| Process | This Wiki.js knowledge base β every workflow documented, consistent, and followed by all. |
| Traction | Rocks (OPS-O04b) β 90-day priorities that turn the V/TO vision into quarterly action. L10 accountability keeps them on track. |
